Submerged Arc Welding Flux HJ431

Flux HJ431, is a kind of high-Manganese oxide fused flux with glass granule red-brown to light yellow, grain size is about 8~40 mesh. The flux is good at welding and weldability. It is suitable for welding polarity with AC or DCEP.

Color: brownish-red to light yellow

Performance: easy to slag, smooth welding bead

Grain size: 8-40 meshes(2.5-0.45mm)

Material: Ore and alloy powder

Usage: welding ultralow carbon stainless steel


Applications: 
For the combination with welding wire H08A, H08MnA, and H10Mn2, this fused flux is designed for welding low alloy high-strength steel ( such as 16Mn, Q345, Q3901, 15MnV steel, etc ) and the important steel structures, the fabrication of ships, boilers, and pressure vessels, etc.

X-ray inspection requirements: 1 Grade
 
The instruction of usage:
Redried the flux at 350ºCfor 2 hours before use;
Remove the rust, oil, and dirt from the surface of the welding groove.

The Instruction of usages:
Re-dried under 300-350ºC for 2 hours.
Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
