MIG-MAG-TIG welding machine
MIG/MAG welding machines are true all-rounders when it comes to MIG/MAG welding. From non-alloy and low-alloy steels, CrNi steels and non-ferrous metals, to MIG/MAG pulse or standard welding, from one-off production to complex production lines, the large number of applications makes these welders indispensable in many fields.
Overview of MIG-MAG-TIG welding machine
MIG-MAG-TIG welding machine is a light, portable semi-automatic welding machine made in inverter technology, powered from a single-phase 230V network with a maximum welding current of 200A. The device is equipped with a large numeric and graphic LCD screen with an intuitive, easy-to-use control panel. The synergy function used in the device allows for quick setting of welding parameters.
Features of MIG-MAG-TIG welding machine
- welding in synergic and manual mode - braze welding - inductance regulation - 2T, 4T function - welding without gas - TIG LIFT welding - SPOOL GUN ready - MMA synergic welding - selection of the type of electrodes - graphic selection of the thickness of the welded material - solid metal feeder
Applications of MIG-MAG-TIG welding machine
The MAG process is used for unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy materials. MIG welding, on the other hand, uses inert, i.e. unreactive, gases such as pure argon and helium or mixtures of argon and helium. The process is suitable for welding materials such as aluminum, copper, magnesium and titanium.
